I was cutting some names out and the first set I cut cut just fine. Then I tried to cut the second set and it wouldn't cut through the paper. Same paper, didn't change a thing on my cricut as far as settings or speed. I then put a new blade in, and used a new cutting mat and it still won't cut completely through the paper. Right now I have to use an exacto knife to finish cutting out my letters. I tried contacting cricut but haven't heard back from them yet. I was on hold for a long time yesterday and had to hang up. So I thought I'd see if anyone else has encountered a problem like this. Friends are the embellishments on your page of life
