I have found that you can buy acrylic paint in the hobby/craft section of walmart and any other craft store for between .89 - $1. If you buy the same exact type of paint in the scrap section, you can expect to pay 2x that or more. I've checked the ingredients and best I can tell they are chemically the same. Also, in the paint section there is a varitable smorgasboard of colors to pick from. Not the 12-20 or so colors you usually get in the scrap section. So there.
