I ordered a sign through BIN for my sons room. It was not as described (in my opinion) and the plastic that the first layer was on had "bubbles" in it. I just did not think that it was worth the money that I paid for it. Anyhoo....I sent it back which cost me shipping, and asked for a refund. I got the refund, but only for the price of the item. Not the shipping that I paid the first time. Is this right? Or should I have got a refund for the total amount including shipping. I always just send total amount to my buyers ---- which has only been like 1 time.
