Scrapbooking sellers, I have been trying to hard to sell out of my items under $1.00...with all these new EBay rules...but this morning I tried to mark more items down and Markdown Manager won't allow me to discount anything below $1.00. THIS WAS NOT WHAT AN EBAY ASSOCIATE TOLD ME WOULD HAPPEN back when the original announcement came out. Any other scrapbooking store owners having the same problem? Thanks in Advance, valerie
