Do Not Use M.A.C Glitters On Your Eyes
I feel gepelled to share something that everyone buying full size or glitter samples needs to know, most loose glitter cosmetic products are not eye safe. When I say not eye safe I do not mean you might have a slight irritation I mean glitter particles could get in your eye resulting in blindness. Some glitters contain particles of plastic which can scratch your cornea and lead to significant damage. Everyone needs to know that there is not one M.AC. glitter that is safe to use as an eyeshadow, these are great glitters, however thay are meant to be used on the face (cheeks), lips, and body. There is a geprehensive list of M.A.C. products and how to safely use on specktra.net a great resource for M.A.C. lovers!I have read too many listings encouraging buyers to use these glitters as eyeshadow, it is a shame they are uneducated or don't care and it is very irresponsible! There are a few cosmetic lines that do offer eye safe glitters I love Hard Candy Bling Bling, Too Faced Kitty Glitter, and Make Up Forever Diamond Powderall of these can be purchased at Sephora and create a beautiful, sparkly effect safely!
